How long does it take to find a placement?

Most placements are made within 3–10 working days. Live-in positions or specialised roles (elderly care, cooking) may take longer, depending on your requirements.

Are your candidates police-cleared?

Yes. Every candidate we present has a recent police clearance certificate, verified references, and has been interviewed in person by our team.

What does your service cost?

We charge a one-time placement fee based on the type of role and whether it's live-in or live-out. Fees start from R1,850. You pay only once you've hired — no upfront costs.

What if the placement doesn't work out?

Every placement comes with a 3-month guarantee. If the placement ends for a valid reason within that period, we find you a replacement at no extra cost.

Do you handle contracts and UIF?

Yes. We provide standard employment contracts that comply with South African labour law, and we can guide you on UIF, payslips and COIDA registration.

Which areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Gauteng — Johannesburg, Pretoria, Sandton, Centurion, Midrand and surrounding suburbs. We can also assist elsewhere by arrangement.

Can I meet candidates before deciding?

Absolutely. We arrange in-person interviews at your home or our office — you're never pressured to hire someone you haven't met.
